A change in people’s lives, communities or the environment. Describing impact requires evidence beyond the amount of activity.

A change that follows an activity, such as someone finding and using a useful service.
Something produced or delivered, such as a listing, a workshop or a communication asset.
Individuals whose work, skills or community roles help others make a connection.
An item or offering that people can learn about through the directory. A listing is not an on-site checkout.
